Ethan is a LA-based entrepreneur pursuing entertainment production and public relations.

TAKE18 ENTERTAINMENT: Paisley founded his production company Take18 Entertainment in 2015 after releasing The Art of Escape (2015). Take18 primarily produced commercials, sizzle reels, and ad campaigns to generate funding for their 10+ short films and the feature film Point 453 (2017). Commercial clients ranged from businesses local to the San Francisco Bay Area to production companies like SpikeTV, as well as spec brands like Starbucks and Vistaprint. The company launched the careers of Paisley and his peers who have gone on to receive scholarships to top universities including Stanford, NYU, USC, Chapman and jobs at companies including HBO, Netflix, Entertainment Studios and more.

PAPERCHASE FILMSPaperChase Films was founded in 2013 by producer Dillon D. Jordan. Jordan is known as the producer of Skin (2019) and the executive producer of The Kid (2019) and The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). Since 2018, Paisley has been working with the PaperChase Films team as a social media strategist and development producer.

PAISLEY CREATIVE CO: In an interview with VoyageLA Magazine, Paisley quotes he noticed a "gap in between creative excellence and public relations" across artistic industries. This serves as the thesis for his public relations firm, Paisley Creative Co founded in 2019, which focuses on creating unforgettable faces across the art, fashion, and film industries using a millennial spin on traditional digital marketing practices. In just four months,  his company has signed 20 clients and hired an assistant as well as an employee.
